Padella Restaurant is committed to serving quality food made from the freshest seasonal ingredients obtained from local sources. You’ll taste it in every one of our dishes.

Each dish draws on Chef Luis’ culinary traditions as well as the local legacy of Virginia’s “Frying Pan” District. “Padella” literally translates as frying pan from Italian and the restaurant was so named because locally, the Frying Pan Farm was the last working farm in Fairfax County. Now the Frying Pan Farmers’ Market is Padella’s purveyor of choice for a bounty of seasonal produce.

Padella’s sumptuous steaks are available year round thanks to select cuts of Martin’s grass-and-grain fed Angus cattle, raised in the picturesque hills of Virginia’s Piedmont.
